Toyota Türkiye Pazarlama ve Satış A.Ş. Türkiye’de bir ilki gerçekleştirerek işitme engelliler için işaret diliyle konuşma olanağı sunan görüntülü iletişim hattını hizmete açtı. İşitme engeli bulunan tüketiciler böylelikle Toyota’nın web sitesindeki www.toyota.com.tr/engelsiziletisimhatti linkinden “Engelsiz İletişim Hattı’na” hızlıca ulaşıp, sadece işaret dili ile hizmet veren çalışanlar tarafından Toyota ve modelleri hakkında her türlü bilgiyi alabilecekler ve olası sorunlarını çözebilecekler. Toyota’da engelleri ortadan kaldırmayı amaçlayan bu yenilikçi uygulama için işitme engeli bulunan bir çalışan da istihdam edildi.

İşitme engelli olanlar için özel iletişim hattını kuran Toyota, daha önce de tüm bayilerinde farklı engelleri bulunanlar için düzenlemelere başladığını duyurmuştu. Toyota ayrıca web-sitesini görme engellilere uygun hale getirilmesi için de çalışmalarını sürdürüyor.

“Mobilite” İçin İlk Adımlardan Biri

Geçtiğimiz haftalarda tarihi “değişim ve dönüşüm” anlayışı çerçevesinde 7’den 77’ye herkesin “mobilite” çözümleriyle özgürce hareket ettiği bir dünya gerçekleştirmek amacıyla “Start Your Impossible” kampanyasını başlattığını duyuran Toyota, bunun ilk örneklerinden birini “Engelsiz İletişim Hattı” ile göstermiş oldu.

Toyota bir otomobil şirketi olmanın yanı sıra toplumlar için ileri teknoloji ürünlerle her türlü çözümü üreten bir “mobilite” şirketine dönüşme yolunda da adımlar atıyor. Bu yönde; engellilerin, hastalıklarından dolayı hareketleri kısıtlı kişilerin, yaşlıların, en küçüğünden en büyüğüne tüm bireylerin dünya üzerinde özgür, rahatça ve keyif alarak hareket etmelerini sağlayacak yüksek teknolojiye sahip ürünler sunulması amaçlanıyor. Bunun yanında ayrıca Toyota Türkiye Pazarlama ve Satış A.Ş. bünyesi içinde de 360 derece kapsamlı olarak engellilere yönelik çalışmalar yapılıyor.
